Pointing and Science Cameras (``ctapointing.camera``)

The `ctapointing.camera` module contains generic descriptions of pointing cameras and science cameras
used in the process of calculating pointing corrections. Besides camera properties such as focal length and
pixel geometries, the classes provide coordinate transformations from/into the
specific camera frames, using the proper telescope pointing.
